Chengling isn't very good at cooking still but he's been practicing and he tries his best, of course. He is sure this is at least serviceable. He hopes so anyway... He nearly lets relief flood his face when the other gets up at least he'll try to eat what Chengling made. He bows again when they get to where the food is laid out, waiting for Zishu to settle.
"No, not yet," Chengling frowns. "Should he be back by now?"
